A computer posture process you won't find anywhere else.
My content is not medical advice. It's based off my personal experience and opinions. I talk about good habits that have helped me live a higher quality lifestyle, while still using a computer.
- decrease computer-related pain
- increase energy
- improve mental clarity
- increase work productivity
The average computer worker sits at a desk for 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, 2000 hours a year. This can cause an excessive amount of chronic muscle tension. It's important to implement small changes to our daily habits, that will make a large improvement over time, when done consistently. One of those changes is to create an ergonomic workstation for ourselves. Another good habit is to work in multiple different positions throughout the day (sitting, standing, etc). My online course (Computer Posture Improvement) covers these two good habits, plus many more.
Improve your computer posture immediately and watch your productivity skyrocket.
